- Cancellations must be received by 1 December 2025 without incurring any penalties or fees.
- Travelers can withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the package tour against payment of a reasonable cancellation fee.
- Balance of payment is due no later than by the specified payment date.
- In the unfortunate event that a retreat is cancelled 0-29 days prior to the retreat date, the full amount for the retreat will be charged to the specific individual and/or external organisation.
- Fees are completely non-refundable and are transferable to a confirmed replacement.
- We do not offer credit for late arrivals, or early departures, or no shows.
- We hold no responsibility or liability for any of your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat i.e. airline tickets, loss of work, or other associated costs preparing for your trip.
- We highly recommend Travel Protection Insurance to cover you for any instances.
- We do not cover insurance or hold liability for any of the following services:
- Individual services, such as flights, hotels, lodges, rental cars, coaches etc
- Vouchers, credit notes, invoices, competition prizes, etc.
- Communication expenses
- Taxi-cab expenses
- Other expenses, which are not directly connected to cancelled travel services.
- Cancellation fees
- Should innerflow need to cancel a tour, a 100% refund on all funds received to-date will be made minus ticketed and booked expenses that we do not have recourse to via our travel agents and 3rd party suppliers.
