innerflow is a Cape Town-based South African tour operator creating sacred pilgrimages, restorative retreats and purpose-led journeys for people seeking more than a destination.

We bring together professional travel coordination, spiritual sensitivity and personal care to create journeys into sacred sites, temples, heritage places and landscapes of extraordinary natural beauty and wilderness.

Sri Mukha Dasi (Anita Craig)

Founder of innerflow • Pilgrimage and retreat designer

innerflow is personally led by Sri Mukha Dasi, whose life has been shaped by international business, travel and a committed devotional path over the past 25 years. She has travelled and worked across more than 56 countries and has led, guided and delivered spiritual pilgrimages in South Africa and India, including journeys in the presence of Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

Her international experience and spiritual sensitivity inform the care, integrity and attention with which every innerflow journey is created.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the tour to South Africa. The country itself made a huge impression on us – it is beautiful, green, and full of contrasts. We were also very positively surprised by the hospitality of the people, especially the participants were kind, open, and helpful. The food was very tasty. We also view positively the overall concept of the trip and the fact that participants were given time for independent activities and rest. The place where we had lunch and participated in a 2-hour safari – was an absolutely exceptional experience: being close to nature, delicious food, peace, and a strong sense that everyone felt very good and grateful for the time spent together.

Firstly to extend a huge thank you once again Dear Anita and innerflow for allowing Survarna and myself the gracious opportunity to travel with you. Many moments put tears to our eyes as to how things just got done with the intention to see to, and serve the participants. The highlights for us was definitely the excursions up Table Mountain (thank you for giving us tickets we appreciate everything so much) and the other the visit to the Kirstenbosch Gardens.
